Will Gibson, Realtor, Accredited Buyer's Representative, Certified Affordable Housing Specialist

Will has been helping clients buy and sell real estate in Atlanta's in-town East neighborhoods for the past four years. Prior to Atlanta, Will lived in Miami Beach (3 years) and Manhattan (19 years). He has bought and sold residential real estate, and served both lessors and lessees in commercial transactions, in Georgia, New York and Florida. He is a recipient of the Direct Marketing Association`s Gold Echo Award for marketing excellence and a Bronze Award for Interiors from the Industrial Designers Society of America, two distinct honors that convey Will's breadth of skill and capabilities in both the arts and sciences of real estate sales.

Will has been recognized by the National Association of Realtors for his dedication, skills and experiences in assisting buyer clients, and was designated an Accredited Buyer's Representative in the summer of 2006. He is certified by the Atlanta Board of Realtors as an Affordable Housing Specialist which enables him to help those clients whose desire to acquire an intown property may, at first blush, exceed their financial capability to do so.

Will earned a Bachelor`s degree in education and an MBA at Winthrop University.  When not helping clients, he enjoys traveling the world to visit museums, botanical gardens and SCUBA-dive sites.
