Hello and thanks for stopping by. I have been helping "in town" Atlanta buyers and sellers for over 11 years. I work and know well the neighborhoods such as Lake Claire, Candler Park, Morningside, Virginia Highlands, Inman Park, Decatur, Druid Hills (resident), etc. I have lived in Atlanta for over 25 years so I know the city and what is happening well. A lot of my business is from referrals from many of the wonderful people I have worked with over the years. I think of myself more of a consultant to clients rather than selling them. Stereotypical agent is not who I am. I like to have fun with clients all during the process. Besides houses, I like college sports, collect southern folk art and Native American pottery, travel, gardening, current events and the humor of daily life. I have never subscribed to having endless listings and try to take a more personal, hands on approach to working with people. I am always interested in working with new people from first time buyers to investors.
